Then, you know, one of the last things that I want to talk about and I haven't got a chance to really sing the praises of the administrative and support staff that we have at the University of Michigan um the women and men who work in the administration that support us as residents and the faculty are unbelievably friendly, they're knowledgeable. They know that what we do is hard work and they do a ton of work behind the scenes to make sure that that's as seamless as possible and we can focus on our patients. They are taking care of things like making sure we stay up to date on licensing, making sure that we're up to date on the exams and the tests and the things that we need to do. There are a notary, so they're able to help us with paperwork, they're able to help us with student loans, they're able to help us with scheduling and they're just really nice people to talk to and to be supportive. So I have to say that, you know, I know everyone sings praises about their administrative staff, but you know, we really do have excellent support staff at the University of Michigan in addition to all the amazing clinical staff that we have. I also want a chance to talk about the work that we get to do with other residents, with other departments. And I have to say that one of the things that I found really surprising and great was that I think it was my second week during internship and I was on call and the week before I had to talk with GI Department and the fellow said that I had called the wrong person -- classic intern move -- but he was super helpful in directing me to the right person. I think that there's like a stereotype of being afraid to call consults because consults might be frustrated or upset or disrespectful and I have not found that with one single consultant and I've called many consultants during my intern year already. And the thing that surprised me was during week two I'm on an elevator, it's two o'clock in the morning and I'm sharing it with one other person and it was the GI fellow that had helped me on the phone the week before you not only remembered helping but even remember my name. And was just like you know let me know if you have any questions about you know adapting to Michigan and Ann Arbor. So I found that to be true time and time again with other departments and so I just have to say that you know the people here at University of Michigan and the culture, people are really nice, they're really helpful and they're excellent kind of everything they do so really sets University of Michigan above the rest in my opinion.
