My fellow residents, everyone says it, 100% mean it, they are fantastic. We have a great group that we all get together pretty periodically at local restaurants and bars, and a couple of our co-residents help organize it. I feel like it's really a testament to the program This get together -- they've coordinating it even before our residency class was here and then we've continued the tradition. And that same culture that we have on the outside, that tight knit culture, it's perfect as it translates over to the inpatient side. I was working a hospitalist shift and at one point I started to get a little bit busy and one of the co residents from specialty service who wasn't obliged to come and help came down without without even a request and was going through the chart helping organize all the patient documentation for us, greatly appreciated. But that's kind of the standard here. And I think that's just a testament to how well we have each others' backs.
