The biggest one I think is camaraderie. Um and I think I feel that on all levels. So I think from co interns from senior residents even for faculty of knowing that they're there to cheer you on. Um And again the idea of cheering you on when you you know first get that central line in also cheering you on when maybe it's been a really long day and you're like I don't know if I'm like bringing my A game and they're there to say like no you're doing amazing and you're doing your best. So camaraderie. I think another one is light hearted. Um I realized that medicine can be very heavy um and I think in addition to the camaraderie it's just important to know when good humor is you know allowed and I think they bring that light energy um when I think it could be a very heavy day and I think the other one is hungry hungry I think in many ways, but honestly I have never seen people get so excited for food and I have to thank the program so much for how much they provided. I never think that there's a lack of food here. Um but I I think it's very funny when you come in it's like six a.m. And people are like I wonder what's gonna be for lunch today. So I think hungry in a physical sense but also I think just hungry for knowledge hungry to grow and I think that's just been evidenced by I've never been pushed so hard by seeing my co interns be such like exemplary physicians and it really like pushes me to like want to do better. So from that aspect, it's more of like a more intangible motivation that I think others really bring about.
