They do think moving around from project to project a group to group with something they're very comfortable with because of the liberal arts education that they're participating in. Little did I know a lot of those general education requirements have really helped me, whether it's my African dance class or even just a bio class I didn't really want to take. What we're looking for is what is the perspective that someone could bring to Amazon and then particularly here. Are you able to communicate toe right to think critically? We have are really great advantage and were able to leverage it. Because they've already told us their students, that really aligned with our leadership principals in that they have a real bias or action. They work fast, they take a project and they get it done really fast. It's a scary thought to think about because I love Dennison. I think, without question, we would view this summer as a huge success, and it's certainly something that we're looking to continue, and Dennison is certainly high on the list.
