This is my room tour at Texas A&M White Creek Apartments! It is one of the options for on-campus housing and includes lots of benefits such as having your own bathroom, washer and dryer, and kitchen. It is located on West Campus, but there is a bus that takes you directly on campus. I love that fact that we can individualize our own room and have my own privacy when I want it! Nadia was nice enough to sit down with us to answer a series of questions about what it's like to live on campus! These were questions that I've actually had since I've personally never had the opportunity to live on campus! How does she get to campus? There's an amazing bus system. Technically White Creek is on-campus and busses run until about 1AM! From White Creek to Main Campus it's approximately 5-7 minute bus ride and from the bus stop it's about a ten minute walk! White Creek even provides the students with their own individual rooms unlike other dorms. You get your very own four walls and a space to call home-away-from-home while here in College Station instead of having to share your space with another dorm-mate. White Creek is also known for it's spacious kitchens, washing/drying systems, and even the cozy living room spaces. Nadia even talks to us about what it's like to have roommates; she loves the privacy. As a freshman you do have to have an on-campus meal plan which will come really in handy one the new dining hall opens up right next to White Creek. You won't have to make the journey to SIBSA dining hall on Main Campus to grab a bite before class...you can roll out of bed and walk across the street to get breakfast!

White Creek is the BEST place to live on campus here at Texas A&M University! It has many amenities in the apartment, which makes living here very convenient. It's not like your typical dorm, but it gives you more opportunities and responsibilities to quickly live independently. From cooking up fresh meals to walking only two feet to your washer and dryer, it is very much worth-it living here.

This is an intro to A&M! Many of the things talked about in this video will be explained in further detail throughout the tour. There are many phrases used throughout the video such as "gig 'em" and "aggies." The term "Gig 'em" comes from hunting frogs or fish using a pronged spear called a "gig." It is a thumbs up sign! Aggies are current and former students.

I'm living my YouTube dreams in this video! This is a tour of my room. I live on the north side of campus in a private room. Classes are a five to ten minute walk from my dorm, which is very close for A&M.

This is the outside of the Memorial Student Center, usually just called "the MSC." It is a living memorial for Aggies that gave their lives for our country. This is one of the busiest buildings on campus as it has study areas, acts as a conference center, has food, and is the main stop for all campus buses.
