Finding a Permanent Home at Equality Charter High School with Gene

The following is an computer-generated summary of the video transcript.
I chose equality because equality was giving me a different opportunity. Um, I was a long time substitute high school, but he probably gave me an opportunity to find a permanent home and once I walked through the doors, I fell in love with the staff. Uh what doesn't the administration and Equality due to support the teacher because I feel like this is a tight knit group where the administration here tries to really, really support the teachers to ensure that they have grown professionally to ensure that they have the tools that they need to really provide um academic rigor to all of our students and really making sure that we're educating the whole entire child. One thing I say about it, I think it's a collaborative team effort. Sometimes you have top down institutions here, the quality. I feel like it's a, it's really a collaborative unit, but everybody is working together in collaboration to ensure that we are doing the best job that we can to support our students as they transition through the academic journals. I think the relationship amongst teachers is also a great one. You see so many people connected, so many people who are willing to go that extra mile, not only for the students, but for the families and for their fellow colleagues. It's a great heartwarming thing to see a witness day in and day out. If you're looking for an institution that is going to provide you resources, have hands on training, uh, never give up, continue to push you to be the best possible version of yourself to educate students.
