The following is an computer-generated summary of the video transcript.
I chose equality because the school embodies the principles of educational equity. They believe that every child deserves education of rigor. When I arrived to this institution, I saw it since I stepped in beginning with that building the level of instruction, the professionalism, and also the nurture that each scholar receives when they need support, emotional support or academic support. I said, this is the place where I can really teach. The support that we receive comes directly from the administration. They have well structured organization with clear expectations for everybody. I think when I have a clear standard, I can perform better. I received meaningful feedback when I am in my day to day activities, especially during instruction, the administration has always opened the door for dialogue. If there is some confusion or if there is something that the teachers want to implement or something that we would like to try for the first time, they opened the doors and allow us or and allow me to try new educational tools, new techniques with my students. One more thing that I think it's essential is the level of trust. I feel confident bringing them my questions and even some suggestions. I think that level of communication and openness, you don't see it, that open.
