Hi, Robert Berry here I work with teachers success with our institutional partners, and here's a tip for taking a test. It's actually while you're preparing for the test. Here's a little thing you can do if you are a person who gets test anxiety, not gonna diagnose it here. If you really get upset, sweaty ponds, camping, draw blank. I mean to an excessive degree, then that means your brain is triggering some kind of emergency. It's not cut and dry, but this will help press me right on a card. You're just telling your brain, um, that this is not an emergency. It just means it's not an emergency where you stiffen up and can't think so. When you were doing your practice questions or you're getting timed in a passage or even a practice test and you're sitting there and you feel your anxiety growing, always have this card. Whatever your statement, is it doesn't have to be this. Whatever your statement is, just put it there and say it out loud. Tell yourself that every time you practice and see how it helps your anxiety level.
