Rew from a list slash tested here coming at you with a quick study tip. My advice for you is to reconsider what you think of as effective studying sure. On the day of the test, you're going to need that stamina to sit down for however many hours it takes and knock that test out of the park. Here's the thing, you can't run a marathon every day. When you're studying is really important to give your brain some bricks. I use the Pomodoro method, which basically means that you study for 25 minutes and then you take a five minute break and I mean a real break, not scrolling through Instagram. You go get a cat, Uh play some guitar and then you come back and you do it again. You do that one Pomodoro, that 25 minutes five minute break four times. The logic here is that by giving your brain some time to breathe, you're actually allowing yourself to retain more information and stopping yourself from getting too fatigued.
