Especially there are many things that are not in your power that can trust you out. So my advice would be to try to hold onto and find those things that are within your power to give you little joys little winds to combat that stress. Um Simple things like having something tasty to eat or hanging with your friends or singing a song or um having a good pencil sharpener because you don't want to get caught with the dull pencil.
