The villa provides a lot of support to us, MBA students in terms of Korea services. So the career center organizes a lot of workshops, for example, for salary negotiations, company presentations for us and so we have throughout the year the opportunity to network with different companies to have insights in as many industries and different job functions or positions as possible so that we can get a very good overview which opportunities appealed to us and in which direction we want to develop. We all get a personal career coach assigned that we work with us together throughout the whole year. For me that was very valuable because I could like grow a relationship with that coach and gain trust. So that gave me the opportunity to ask a lot of questions that are very important for me personally, my career coach supported me in um selecting the right jobs that I want to apply to. She supported me in preparing my material and make a good cover letter, make a good to be. We also did a job interview training where she gave me advice and supported me, and how I can present myself best at my dream company that I'm successful in the end.
