The nice thing about wash you and really the greatest thing in this area is that there is a lot to do outside of campus. Right next to wash you, there is forest park which is home to ST Louis Zoo. Um there's an art museum, there's a history museum, there's a science center that has its own observatory. Right next to the art museum is Art Hill, which is a place where people go and get picnics during the summertime or doing the winter, people would grab their slides or whatever they can use and slide down the hill when there's snow, which is really fun. There's also the Delmar Loop which is around a 15 20 minute walk from campus and that is home to many different restaurants and clubs and stores that you can go visit. Um In terms of food, they literally have every type of food that you can think of. Um So it's really nice place to go when you have a craving for whatever you're feeling and then there are many different little kind of downtown areas. So there is the central west end, there is downtown Clayton, there is downtown ST louis and they all have their kind of like separate activities and places to go to and I didn't really specify on the activities and that's just because there's just so much to talk about.
