A typical day in the life of a student athlete will be somewhat along the lines of a morning practice. So for us with softball will typically have about a six a.m. Practice maybe three days a week. It depends, it varies inside of season than outside of season, so we'll have morning practice and then a highlight is always getting breakfast with my teammates at to practice. Then we'll go to class in between class, whether it's 10 minutes or an hour, you'll kind of fill the time with whatever you can, whether it be getting lunch, hanging out with friends, studying, catching up on work, taking him now, going for a walk. The options are really endless, so you'll have class typically in that chunk in the middle of the day and then we'll also typically have a practice or something at the end of the day with our team and then maybe a team dinner or some other sort of dinner. I find I really try to interact with friends during meals cause that's a great way to hang out with people and eat some good food, which I love. At the end of the day, I'll typically finish up some work and try to go to bed early so that the next day I am ready.
