So I think a lot of people are concerned about how much time it takes, and it does take a lot of time. But you have that time, no matter how busy you think you are, there's ways to make that time and you reorient and prioritize and you also become more efficient in what you are doing as part of this process. So it is a it is a demanding program but it will fit and I find it definitely rewarding. So one of the things, I didn't - the advantage that I think realized from being in this program that I didn't go in there thinking this is this is their selection criteria that should have been when I was debating which program to take, was the fact that I now have a local network of people who understand business, who sort of think the same way that I do all over, all over the local, all over the islands. So not only do I have colleagues and friends over the every island. If I'm on vacation, I can go visit somebody. But we also have people in nearby who I can consult with and I know someone who is an expert in this area from the from the program that I can just call up or go visit and having that local community of of contacts and network is I think much more advantageous than having that if I went to some mainland program where that network group would be more extract than it is here.
