So a big part of why I enjoy boxing is mainly because I know there's a lot of people who are on the team and do work as toxins who have a hard time with exercising and they may have some limitations that causes them to not be able to be part of the support necessarily. So with boxing you do have the ability to be part of a really great team and still be able to have a lot of responsibility and have a great position on the team, which I think is really nice and it's definitely helped me a lot academically and mental health lies and everything like that. So when I was in high school I was involved in cheerleading track, like a bunch of different sports and it definitely feels like much more of a team dynamic in comparison to a lot of different sports because you have to have a really great bond with your team and especially since with growing like you have to be working in like a full like executive motion and especially as a toxin, you have a lot of responsibilities and it's nice having different forms of responsibilities because the sport is so unique and so is that position specifically which is really nice in comparison to sports that I've done in the past, our coach is really good with using people into it. Um and it definitely, it does take a little bit to pick up on, but as soon as you understand and you know this terminology and you know how a boat works, it's just like driving a car and you pick up on it and it doesn't really leave your brain definitely spring break um Going to go to the land florida zero, I'm missing john river. Um It's definitely the best experience that I've had since I got to college. Um just because there's a lot of team bonding and you spend a lot of time in nature and on the water and such a different environment that you're not used to when you're here at home. We got to do a lot of really fun stuff and still have that focus in that determination on doing well for this spring season, which is really nice.
