I am 1/5 year chemical engineering student here at Rochester Institute of Technology, also known as our I T. We are located in Rochester, New York, which is the northwest side of New York state. I decided to come to our I T. For two reasons. I did get to come visit campus on and accepted Students Day, and I really liked campus. It really felt like its own city, actually, because if you step off campus, there's just houses and suburban life, and it's not like you're stepping off into the bustle of a big city. The other reason I picked our I T. Was for its coop program. So a lot of our students are required to develop unpaid internships good to their majors. The College of Engineering, which I'm it it's actually a five year program, because before graduating, I have done on 48 weeks of paid internship related to my major. I thought that was an awesome opportunity that was built into my academic calendar. That meant I didn't have to really do too much extra work. I knew when I would need to go find working when I would be taking classes. So that was easy, but also super rewarding because I'm going to be graduating this month and I'll have worked in four different industries, four different positions all across the globe. I don't think I would get that if I did not go to a proper school. So summarized co op experiences the campus feel on this. Why I chose are 80 little other information for you is our I. T s medium size school with about 15,000 undergrad, which I thought was ideal. It's big enough that there are a lot of opportunities and a lot of different things going on. We might be a text school by name, but tech experience to so many things. There's the typical technologies, like your computer science engineering. Then you also have all your arts, which in multi technologies and we have a great business school. Our National Technical Institute for the Death makes us very interesting. Well, so I loved all the two Nitties and just things to try that the university allows me to dio. Well, I hope to tell you more about right and show you around the campus and tell you more about what it has to offer. You'll see me and some videos in the upcoming months and weeks fine.
