So today I'm gonna be taking you on a tour around the cola building. This is where I spent most of my time when I have in person classes and, yeah, so just follow along. I'm kind of windy and cold, but also as many clips as I can, and I'll show you around the four floors of the building. First, I want to mention that there are two entrances to this building. Well, four, but there are, like, two sides of the building. Then in these big rotunda's there are, like, meeting rooms. So we're at the stairs now, downstairs I will show you guys in a minute. The bottom has a what's called an auditorium and some other classrooms also connects to the library. Professor, um, offices and the N T i. D. Local studies office as well. So I'm now on the third floor, which is all classrooms. So I thought I would show you guys one of the labs that we have here in the liberal arts building. It's really nice to have the recent is available here. Most of the labs we have here in this building are with apple products simply because we have better access to the adobe. Um, the adobe suite, which we use a lot in our majors this year due to covid, we do have a few of the classrooms turned into extra study spaces because some space has been limited all around campus is to keep everyone safe and separated. I will show you what one of the normal classrooms classrooms looks like. Looks like obviously we have some plexiglass to protect the students during covid. Um, and every room has a different color set of chairs. I'm gonna actually go down to the basement now and show you what's down there. Yeah, So there are a couple of cool things down here and I will go through and show you It's kind of a big you can see it's kind of a big loop that loops all the way around. One cool thing is we have tunnels that connect to a bunch of the different buildings on campus, so that connects to the College of Engineering. There's just a few offices down here, so the truth I'm sitting in right now are just a few of the extra study spots that they put in the basement. So just these computers with a little desk, and it's funny because you can in between classes just come down here and said, You just have a little bit of work to do. So one of the nicest things about cola is and just going two classes and cola and be a coal. There's a 4 to 1 student professor ratio here, which means most of your classes are going to be really, really small, which some might be. Some people might think it's a little intimidating. This room that I'm in right now is one of the biggest classrooms that we have in cola. I'll show you the biggest, um, but they really used to utilize the space well in here. As many guests as because again, plexiglass because of covid nice big screen, all this kind of stuff, and you'll notice they have students separated. So I'm gonna try to go to the auditorium that's in Cola. There was a class in there that people were leaving, so I'm gonna see if I can speak in to show you guys that I'm currently in the biggest classroom. Also auditorium here in cola, when you have comfort, accepted students day or orientation, you'll be in here a lot to meet people from your major and just in also the same colleges that you are. Yeah, So normally, um, we wouldn't have as many classes in here, but due to covid, they're trying to keep students in, like, larger rooms just to keep them social distance and everyone safe. Yeah, they're having some more classes in here again. Um, this infected everyone is safe and we also have a university writing program. So one more thing I want to show you it's actually back to Where is this coming? But it's the connection to the library from the basement of cola. Mhm. Think about cola is we do have some music room spaces and this is another one, and this is the last one. Maybe thats pretty much all I have to show you guys. This is pretty much where I live when I have in person classes. I'll be in here so much next semester because I have a lot of in person classes next semester. I hope you enjoyed this little tour and I'll talk to you guys later.
