A Snow Day at RIT

Hello everyone. My name is Morgan Lopez. For those of you who don't know me. I'm a second year student here at RIT And today is a snow day. So here in Rochester as you all know we get a lot of snow. So today I wanted to show you what a snow day was like at RIT So as you can see we're just starting to get a little bit of snow now but as the day progresses it's supposed to get worse and I will be showing you guys the progress as the day goes it is cold. So now you can see it's a little more intense all day. It has been just slight snow and it's been really cold since the morning but now it's starting to snow a lot more and the grass is turning a little bit white and it's only 2PM so the storm is supposed to get worse as the day goes on and I'll keep showing you all. But as for now you can already see the snow accumulating but yeah I guess we'll see how it continues. Okay everyone so it's time to do an update because I can see the snow from my bedroom window so let's check it out. Oh my goodness. Obviously that has changed there's a lot more snow now. Um it's still about the same tempo as before. Maybe just a little heavier. But yeah there's more snow now and I feel like at this point by the end of the night it's gonna be way now it's night time for evening and it snowed a lot. So here we are now this is the view and it's snowing a little bit harder now and there's a lot more snow as you can see. I should be out with the jacket but this is what it looks like outside now and it's so pretty if I was on campus you guys would also be able to see how pretty it is over there because basically there's a bunch of hills just like this with snow that covered pretty much all of greek lawn and also right in front of the Weidman fitness center aka the gym and yeah now I'm gonna draw a little heart while I'm here or something that looks like a heart. But yeah so there you have it that's what a snow day is like you're at RIT Because it's cold out I'm gonna go back inside and I made the mistake of coming out with crocs and now I have snow in my shoes but it's okay I will be back later as is supposed to get worse even more so than this and check it out again. Already last update of the night um now it's not snowing anymore it's raining at this point and you can almost hear it against the snow making little pity patters and yeah so now the snow is just gonna be hard and tomorrow is probably gonna be slush but there you have it that's a snow day at RIT Don't forget to check out the rest of the videos on the undergraduate page and check out our Tiger Talk blog page.
