OK. I was planning on, um, you know, biking to the city to show off the cool Genesee River trail, which is a really nice, fun trail to bike on into the city. But, you know, average Rochester weather, this happened today. I'm really happy about that. It was 62 degrees three days ago. This is what you're gonna have to deal with when you go to RIT. We're out here in downtown Rochester and we're gonna study at Javas, which is this really cool, nice little trendy coffee shop that we actually have a mini version of on RIT's campus. But we're going to the legit one to pump out some philosophy papers. So this is RIT's City Art Space. Turns out you actually can't film inside of it. Um But I will show you some photos of the latest exhibit by Anna Mendieta. A feminist standpoint on nature and humanity was very present in this exhibit. Themes that I completely connect with, being a nature connoisseur and an artist. There are five films in the exhibit and most of them showcase what Mendieta is best known for: her, mostly untitled Earth Bodies. Here are a few of her photographs to give you a picture. I didn't get to spend as much time as I wanted, though. My friend was a very unartistic business major, and he was hungry. So we did the thing that most college students do when they're hungry. You eat like garbage or just straight up eat garbage. Rochester is famous for these things called "garbage plates." If you haven't had one, you're totally missing out. If you guys could smell what Riley and I are smelling right now. Oh, it's tracking my face. You can't see Riley, but. Oh, my God, the smell is so amazing. We're in front of Nick Taho Hots right now. Which is the place in Rochester to get a garbage plate. It's basically a plate of just a ton of junk food and it's going to be amazing for a time trial tomorrow. Rochester is the most unique city in the world. We have Chicago right here. We have New York City's Times Square right here. And also this building looks like Sauron's Tower. There's the Kodak building. You see that doorway down there? That's where my next vlog will totally be, discovering the true secrets of Rochester. Ok. My friend Gralen, who's right there, was sick when I was filming downtown. This is two days into the future. But just pretend that it's the same day, ok? All right. I'm here with Gralen and David. We're in front of Central Rock Gym in downtown Rochester. All right. That was basically a day downtown. I had a great time, and I hope you had a great time seeing just a small slice of what the city of Rochester has to offer. Thanks for watching
