I personally can't imagine business school without clubs. I think they are a core part of the business school experience and honestly as important as the steps that you take in recruiting and the academics while you're in school. So there are dozens of clubs you can choose from when you first join the first club I was a part of was the Macombs Ambassador Committee where we get to talk with an interview perspective applicants for Mac. I was the interview co chair where I worked directly with the admissions officers to help train student interviewers and set up the admissions interviews. Every round the second club is the graduate consulting group, which is a student run organization that helps students interested in consulting, prepare for the interview process. Third was Health Innovation Fellows, which is one of the becomes fellows programs if you've heard of those. It's a group of students that are especially interested in health care innovation and it connects us with healthcare leaders around Austin. Every year we put on a symposium and we post health care based case competition. Then the final group that I was a part of was the Prison on MR program or which is partnered with a texas based nonprofit of the same name and helps recently released former inmates get back into the world with the goal of living a sustainable middle class life. Our role is helping them in three resume reviews and introduction to online job boards. If you're interested in joining any of these organizations, uh, max specifically, we love having new members joining. Were the people that interact with you when you connect with McCombs? Um, so we always want future matters. So feel free to ask anybody that you connect with that becomes about their Mac experience that's most likely to remember and how they've been involved. Once you join the school, there's a mixer event early in the school year and we love having anybody who's interested in interacting with the next class of McCombs apply okay.
