Personally, for me, Career Services was completely invaluable. They really helped me find the career that I wanted to get my dream job. And hopefully, if you choose to come to McCombs, you will have the same experience with the great Career Services team that we have. So my first touch point with Career Services was back in June before school started because they were actually helping me prepare to attend the Forté Conference for women. They had helped improve my resume and got it on McCombs letterhead right before the conference. And they were also able to help coordinate a welcomedinner for all of the McCombs women attending the conference. Career Services also helped me organize myself. So I actually knew what was going on and I was ready to focus on networking at the conference rather then figuring out where to place myself. Once I got on campus, uh, Career Services were just invaluable to me because of how they helped me with my resume, my interview prep, my networking skills, and just any decisions I had to make around recruiting. In addition to bringing every employer that I was interested in on campus for info sessions, uh networking events. went on coffee chats, you name it, they brought employers in on campus. Uh, they also had time to spend with me, one- -on-one to go over what I was looking for and how I wanted to shape my story for employers. Career Services was also the driving force behind the Graduate Consulting Group, which I utilized heavily and they help students run the club organized their curriculum so those of us that were recruiting would be ready, as ready as possible, for interviews, specifically those daunting consulting case interviews.
