My name is Laura Davies, I'm from Kingston, Ontario Canada and this is also where I currently live while I'm completing a virtual exchange. The one thing that stood out to me at ivy was the case learning method and the professors that come along with it, I think the case learning method is a great way to apply practical knowledge in real world situations and learn from what real life case method, something that somebody has had to resolve on their own before and apply your thinking to that. So that's something that really stood out to me about ivy. The second thing that really stood out to me about ivy was the clubs that you can get involved in, there are more serious clubs that allow you to explore consulting and work on real consulting cases and then there's other clubs that are more fun where you can just hang out and get to meet. He graduated from my undergraduate program, I didn't really know what I wanted to do, I really enjoyed being in business administration and so what I was really searching for in a program was the opportunity to continue in business, but I also really love to travel. So when I was searching for a program, I was looking for something that allowed me to travel, meet new people, experience new cultures and ultimately Ivy was one of the top universities in my choosing. I'm enrolled in the ivy MSC International Business Dream with Sam's Masters in management and my intake date was january 2021 in the middle of a pandemic students at private ivy are those who are talkative and outgoing and who want to get involved in school activities. These activities range from club involvement to excursions with your cohort, to coffee chats with alumni recruitment sessions or career sessions. I think it's really important for students to leverage everything that ivy has to offer you, mm hmm.
