The following is an computer-generated summary of the video transcript.
Each and every time you come into the classroom you're going to be tackling a case study. Now, what these case studies are designed to do is they're designed to place students in the shoes of business leaders and case studies will generally involve tackling some sort of business problem, an organization has faced in the past. So the night or a few nights prior to coming into class, you'll look through what the case of the day for that particular class is and then you'll work with your learning team to analyze the case in a structured manner. So you'll start with the problem definition, you know, identifying what the actual problem in the case is, what needs to be done. Then you'll sort of move into like a size up and analysis component. You know, you look at the information that's given to you and see how you can sort of leverage the information or data to make a business decision and then finally, the last component of that would be a comprehensive recommendation plan. What are you going to do in that situation. Now with this style of learning, the real benefit of it is that it prepares students to enter the workforce. You're going to notice that at the end of the program, you're going to be an extremely effective leader, team player and problem solver.
