Hey, everyone, My name is Jun. I'm a student in the MSc program in digital management at the Ivey business school. Um, I have an undergraduate degree in health sciences, and here's a little bit about why I decided to pick the digital management stream. I'm someone who loves the intersection of health and tech. And for me, when I was on the hunt for a masters program, it was really important that it had a little bit of a business aspect, but also the technical aspect that I wanted. So in the digital management stream, you learn things like digital transformation, design driven innovation, digital platform implementation, all really great things that digital leaders need in order to succeed. When I was doing a bit more research on the program, what really caught my eye was the Ivey Digital Lab, which is an opportunity for students to work with various companies over the summer to help them solve real business problems. I think it's a great opportunity for students like myself who might not have that much work experience to get that over the summer before we go into recruiting season. Another reason that I was really attracted to the program was their offering of different technical courses on Coursera that students are able to cater to what they think would be helpful for them in the future. So whether that be Python or learning HTML or more Data Analytics specific courses, the students have the option to cater those themselves. In addition, the MSc program And I guess Ivey in general has a really great career management team that I feel like has really helped me discover what I want in the career and have really opened my eyes up to the possibilities out there. It feel like a lot of times students are unsure of what they wanna do, so having this guidance is really helpful. I hope this gives you a little bit of an insight on what the program is like and why I chose it. Bye!
