Charter school is something that is, it's so, it's so rewarding. You get to see students and staff collaborate, connect, build relationships that go far beyond the classroom to really ensure that students are successful in their post secondary options, whether it's college trades careers of their choice, uh you see a lot of people being able to come together for the common goal, which is student success. The culture here is a great one when you see students are laughing and really know their teachers are no disguises and vice versa. You know, there's not a student that walks through this building where I can, I can say I do not have a personal relationship, I enjoy the fact that I get to talk to each and every one of my students, each and every day laugh, giggle helped them in times of need be a show that a pry on for them in their family. So the culture here is so amazing, is one that I'm very appreciative of the students, the staff, the families, the entire community, even the Castle Hill community, and we all play a pivotal role and ensuring that our students are successful. So it's a big collaborative team effort and I love it. It keeps you inspired to come back on a daily basis. I get to see teachers really impart themselves, put put themselves in their lessons and what I mean by that is that you see teachers really start to pull on things from the community, pull on the interests of our scholars to pull on their own personal interests, to put a spin to really go above and beyond. To ensure that our scholars are not only it would have access to information, but they're able to comprehend and really embody the information that they're receiving. It's a learning environment that is conducive to all students, no matter uh, age, if you have a disability, whatever deficits you have, no matter if you're a student, that's high performance, it is conducive to every single person that walks in the building. I think we do a great job of personalizing your educational experience to you and your strong stuff. So we do uh, even better job of trying to meet you where you are to ensure that we're supporting and getting your students across the finish line and really making sure that their success. We're here at the high school, we have achievement in progress, professionalism, maturity and integrity. We want to really make sure that our students continue to embody those, each and every day far beyond their years here inequality to our residents.
