The following is an computer-generated summary of the video transcript.
Hi. My name is Rachel Sean, and I am a senior in the air Traffic Management Program on Arizona State University's beautiful Polytechnic campus. I am also enrolled in the Four plus one program, which is our accelerated master's degree program. So I am earning my master's degree in aviation management and human factors in one year rather than the traditional. So there's a lot of reasons that I chose a issue for me. It was one of those things that just sort of fell into place. First and foremost, they offer my niche degree program and air traffic control. A issue is also one of a select number of institutions that partners with the Federal Aviation Administration in their C. T. I or Collegiate Training Initiative program. This means that s who has invested a lot of money and making sure that air traffic control students are using state of the art equipment to train. That's the exact same equipment that you would see at the Federal Aviation Administration's Air Traffic Control Academy in Oklahoma City A S. You also accepted all of my advanced placement AP and my dual enrollment credit, so I'll actually be graduating a semester early and combined with my four plus one program. It's more like a 3.5 plus one program, which is invaluable because not only will that save me a lot of time, but it'll save me a lot of money as well. My brother attended the Polytechnic campus when I was in high school and I love this campus. It's actually registered as a botanical garden, so there's a lot of native desert plants, which is amazing to me. I grew up in central Phoenix, so this is certainly a welcome change for me. My graduating high school class only had about 90 students in it, so I was really used to knowing everyone, knowing my teachers having a small class size. I was really, really determined to have that same kind of experience at the collegiate level. Most of my class sizes are under 10 students very, very small, but I like what that offers me as well. I have a great relationship with my professors, all of whom are retired from the industry. They have invaluable connections that I can capitalize on. They've written me wonderful letters of recommendation. They've been able to help me get scholarships and all of those kinds of really great things. So there are a lot of benefits to attending a campus of this size while still being connected to an institution as large as a s. U. I'm so grateful. I found my home here at Arizona State, particularly in our wonderful aviation programs. I'm sure that you can find your home here too.
