I also love that every day there's an hour from 12 to 1 where there's a didactic or there's a lecturer conference series of some sorts. During that hour the attendings actually signed into the pages and our patients. So we have one whole hour of dedicated time to sit and learn. Just to see our prs, we go and pick up lunch and the attending to know how important that is for us to have that our he'll learn. That's one of my favorite parts today is being able to go and to a conference for one hour and just sit and absorb as much as I can without worrying that I might get paged to have to respond to something on the floor.
