Applicant must reside in the boundaries of the former New Market School District.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Clarinda High School who will pursue post-secondary education in a vocational field. Minimum 2.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Clarinda High School who will pursue post-secondary education at a four-year college or university.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Maquoketa High School who had at least one parent graduate from Maquoketa High School. Financial need must be demonstrated.
