The following is an computer-generated summary of the video transcript.
The whole application process contains three components. The academic aspect, the non academic aspect and the personality aspect. Out of all of these, the personality aspect is probably the most important and it's imperative that you exhibit values that resonate with. The application process is generally divided into two parts. The first one is the written part where you are required to answer multiple um essay type questions but these are extremely shortened so you would probably have 100 200 world limit. This is opposed to one of those other bigger essay type questions where you have 2000 words, so essentially it's broken down to 10. What's really important here is that for each question that you answer, you need to exhibit what you take away from it from that specific experience and activity. Once you clear the written application process you will move forward into the interview process. Normally this takes several hours because it contains a four components. It generally contains extremely easy questions but you have to perform them under extreme time pressure. For some parable comparisons, you can practice the math questions from G. Mod or look at first round interview questions from new medical interview questions from banks like jp morgan and morgan Stanley. The second aspect is a group presentation where you are required to present on any topic that you like related to business, finance or economics to a bunch of your fellow candidates and two evaluators. My advisor is to pick a topic that you're really passionate about because after your presentation there will be cross questioning. Third aspect is a group debate is a very creative format because during this process, the evaluators will give you some specific roles and responsibilities and you will be required to argue for a specific position. The fourth and probably one of the most important components is uh personal interview. This consists of 2 30 minute interviews with each of the evaluators, which consists of either PhD candidates are doctoral candidates or faculty members. This is where the interviews that we get to know you about, especially find out how you are as a person and what is your personality. As I said in the beginning, personality is a very important part for the whole. I'm sure to exhibit the values that we, who likes.
