Hey, everyone, let's take a break from talking about all the great academic opportunities of issue and instead focus on the social aspect of it. One of my favorite things about living in a dorm my freshman year is there was always something to do. I made a group of friends in my hall, and we play video games, board games, watch movies, go bowling, get dinner together and go to any on campus events together as well. WCO offers events daily, so there's always something to do. You can go see a movie at the student union building, see a magician or comedian one night. The social scene at W. S. U is lively, and that is one of my favorite parts about being a student there. Everyone is friendly with each other, and there are always groups of people out and about going to events together and hanging out, including the largest of CNN WCBS Greek life, which a little over 20% of our students are involved in. I personally am not in Greek life, but it's a great way to meet new people and work with various committees, service groups and I encourage new students to talk with people who are currently in our previously been in Greek life. Ultimately that decision is different for everyone. Regardless of it, you're in Greek life or not. There's a place for everyone at W s U. Now I'm gonna let my friend Tyler speak about his personal experiences with W issues, social life. So what I like to do for fun is I like to hang out with my friends. Then if there's any on campus events like sporting events or like a movie night that's happening in the cub, I like to go do that. Um, like I said, some on campus events are a lot of fun or all the sporting events sales have different promotional things that different buildings. They have, like some like sometimes there was like a bingo night. It's a different buildings, and so you can go do all those events. There's a lot of fun because once you live in the dorms. You kind of just have this immediate community of people that you can hang out with. So I got to really know a lot of people probably like 10 or 15 people that I would hang out with all the time. We go have food, we all go sit together at sporting events and then some nights we just like play board games. I personally think the social scene that was who is a lot of fun. There's so many people on campus, and since there isn't a lot to do in Pullman, we kind of just all hang out on campus together. So it's a lot of fun, and so you can immediately find any kind of people that you want. There's so many different kind of diverse social groups and people who all hang out together that it's really easy if you really put yourself out there to find friends in a community, if you want to. Virtually to me I was not a part of Greek life, but I know that that it is a huge influence in a lot of students lives a lot of students choose to go in frats and sororities, and so they have a big impact on campus. Whether they're hosting events where they're hosting promotional things for their frat or sororities, there's a lot of there's a lot of things that, uh, influence it, and there's a lot of people who participated on campus. For new students who are thinking about coming towards you and are curious about the campus social life. Like I said earlier, social life is actually really active because there's not a lot to do in Pullman. Whether you go hang out at the cub, where you can watch movies, you can play pool, you can just go hang out or whether you go to the spark and they're having events and one of the cool classrooms there. There's just so much to do on campus with the sporting events and other promotional things that different. Either apartment complexes will run or different sororities or fraternities will run. So there's a lot of cool social things that you can do on campus. I hope you enjoyed hearing our personal experiences and, as always, go kooks.
