I am from Seattle Washington Originally I'm currently I live right off of campus in a little town house with two roommates and my dog. Um, it is located in Pullman, Washington, which is on the eastern side of the state right on the Idaho border. We roughly have 23,000 undergraduate students, so we're fairly large school were Pac 12 school, which means that sports is really big here, especially football city of Pullman is actually very small. So the school pretty much runs the whole city, meaning that it is a true college town. Next I'm going to talk about why I chose ws You. So originally my senior of high school, I visited the campus because of our design school because I knew that I wanted Thio major and interior design and immediately I really fell in love with the atmosphere right when I stepped on campus. We have such a tight knit community here, even though it is a large school, and that was something that was very important to me. I went Teoh a really small high school, so I knew I wanted to go to a big university. I still wanted toe have that supportive community here. There's tons of students, tons of opportunities to get involved. Every issue makes sure that each student is always on track with their classes and everything that we need to do, uh, so that no one feels like they're swimming in this huge ocean. Lastly, I just want to give some quick little advice to perspective students. My biggest advice is if you can, I know right now is a hard time to travel. If you can get on the campus, I think that is the most important thing to find a place where you belong. I really tell people that it's all about the feeling when you're walking around. If you could imagine yourself attending the school, if you can imagine yourself living there and walking to class every day. Um, when I walked on the WC campus for the first time, I really felt like I was at home, and I really felt that this was a place that I belong. I know that there aren't a lot of tours going on right now um, if you could just walk around, do a little self guided tour. I think that is the best way to find out if the school is right for you.
