Hey, y'all, my name is Logan, I'm originally from Fayetteville Georgia but I'm currently residing in Nashville Tennessee in the Bellevue area and I am pursuing a masters of marketing from Vanderbilt University Owen School of management. I chose Vanderbilt just because of the prestige of the university. We're currently ranked 14th in the national rankings and we have a long standing history of academic excellence. I really wanted to pursue this program because it's only 10 months long and I was really excited about getting a masters in only a year and then being able to explore different cities and just try out different careers if I really wanted to. My favorite class so far has been advertising by far. We've been able to look at a lot of real life examples and kind of pick those things apart and talk about how consumers view them and what brands are thinking when they're producing them, which is really cool. It makes me critically think about the things that I'm watching on tv and on social media and ultimately my three favorite things about Vandy's so far would definitely be the people I've made a lot of great friends so far, My cohort only has 60 people in it, which is actually really cool because we see the same amount of people pretty much every day. So I made really like meaningful, strong relationships there. My second everything will probably be about Nashville specifically, which is definitely the food, the food here is worth the hype, the hot ticket is definitely worth coming for a visit and third, I would just say the opportunity um the networking that I get to achieve and meet a bunch of NBA students, masters of finance, masters of accounting. There's so many opportunities for interviewing for internships and jobs as well.
