This is John Marple again, just my current MSF student here at Vanderbilt. So in graduate school, and I'm going to talk to you a little bit about my classmates, the first thing I want to talk to you about is just what my classmates bring the table in general and why. We really pride ourselves on the culture of our class and being that we're very specific. We all have the same goals in terms of where we want to be down the road. But that's investment banking, consulting, asset management. So everyone comes together to create this culture where everyone kind of learns in the same style, thanks in the same style, and gets along and work together. It's helpful that everyone is in this tough recruiting process, and everyone kind of supports each other. So throughout the week, it's nice and and honestly refreshing to work with them in class and then also on the job recruiting front and then on the weekends. It's kind of time to hang out and relax a little bit more. I guess the next thing I want to talk about is just how did I meet them? So most of the Vanderbilt MSF programme comes from SEC schools, Big 12 schools. I went to a liberal arts school in the Northeast, but I have met them initially resume when I got here, and then I also started to meet them in the classroom. One nice thing is that I think a lot of the kids here really make an effort to see each other outside of the school that we're doing. So whether that's going to see some live music down on Broadway, obviously social distance or just doing outdoor activities, whether that's playing some golf or just getting out and enjoying the nice weather here in Nashville when you can, um, in terms of where people are from, I've met people from all over the state. So right now I'm living with two roommates, one from Michigan. I've also met people from Nigeria, China, Japan, the Philippines. People come from very diverse backgrounds here, and everyone really has the common goal of breaking into the financial services industry and making a career out of it. The program itself is only 83 people, so people get to know each other really well, um, we work in job search groups together. So even though it's really just a short one year program, I think that if you do end up coming here, you will make some close friends. Um, it's really up to you to make the most of it.
