One thing that is really great about USC is the advisor system. So I went into USC knowing what my major Economics big reason why I went to see was because I want to explore lots of different subjects. I was kind of worried at first I am I going to be able to do that while also fulfilling the requirements. My major, I don't really know how liberal arts worked as I was from England. I hadn't really been exposed to something like that before. Then came the advisor system, you get advisors for your department in which four majors in, but they can help you with all that thing. We, my advisor has planned out the next four years of when I should take major requirement classes and I just can fill the blanks for classes that I want to do and it's really leaves a lot of stress. I now know what economics classes I'm taking the semester after that. So I can think about what non economics classes I would like to do. This system also helps a lot if you're thinking about changing majors or if you are interested in taking a minor, says that system is really helpful in that, and you have a lot of time to kind of work that out.
