Hi, my name is SAM. I'm currently headed into my senior year at USC in the door inside of College of Letters, Arts and Sciences specifically. I'm actually in front of our center for International and Public Affairs. Um I'm an international relations major along with an applied math double major and so I hang out in this building quite often and take class from here. Um I'm originally from Williamsburg Virginia, which is a small town that is quite far from L. A. Which is where U. S. C. Is located. Um But when I was a senior in high school, I was really drawn to USC because of the breath of academic opportunities that are available here. Um So when I was in high school I knew that I was really interested in public affairs and global affairs and politics, but that I also really liked numbers and quantitative types of thinking and the international relations, global economy major at USC really provided a unique opportunity to explore the intersection of those two fields in depth. If you don't find the exact cross section that you're looking for, there's also the opportunity to double major, which I also ended up doing um in the spring semester of my freshman year, I took a really cool math class with a great math professor who convinced me to also become a math major. Um And so yeah, I think that USC has a really unique amount of double majoring in mind sharing opportunities of experiential learning and study abroad opportunities and research opportunities. So I think any student who is looking for a very interdisciplinary um collaborative environment that's really looking to get a hands on sort of insight into what they're learning in the classroom would really thrive at USC. Yes..
