I have graduated in the year 2019 from the Masters of Management Off Innovation Program at the Institute of Management of Innovation at University of Toronto, Mississauga. I am a mechanical engineer by trade, So I did my mechanical engineering back in India was working for an engineering consulting form, and that's when I decided that I wanted to take a step forward in tow. The unique thing that I liked about the MME program Waas that it gives you a eight month intense, kind off academic background or academic course. Then it gives you four months tow experiment with those academic skills in the market and which is that kind off covered and like, wrapped up by the final paper presentation. At least that's what the overall program structure is. This is what stood out to me is because I wanted to come in. I wanted to make sure that I could make use off my technical skills, learn new managerial skills and quickly apply that into the market and get a job, which is touch wood. You got a job you wanted to do one year program and you got through it. What was the what was the one driving factor that made you choose? Mm I rather than other programs. Now, just to tell you, University of Toronto is one of the one of the top I would say the top universities in Canada on the faculty within the program, uh, you get personalized attention. You're a small bunch off a group of candidates that walk together through all those eight months and then start looking for jobs. Everybody is having similar interests in mindset because everybody is from step background, and that's one of the unique things about this, this management program. The other thing is that this is probably just a little fun. Fact is that I was two years in tow, working environment, so getting back to studies was definitely something that I was looking forward. So this program was the best fit because you get eight months of studying and then you directly go back to your job search. That's probably just one of the side factors that I thought you should know by selecting the program. I am currently working as a management consultant at PWC Canada. Some of you who don't know pwc, it's PricewaterhouseCoopers, bigger international student. It was definitely a quick journey, so I transitioned from Mumbai, India, to Toronto the first year doing my master's program and then from Toronto Calgary toe take on my job. Your peers are your biggest trend in mm I They help you each way. They helped me along the way are interesting with being Canadian and getting Canadian thing like interesting. While I moved from front of the county, they were still in help me and of build my network gave me any connections that are there.
