So I have a background in life science at the University of Toronto doing genetics on cells and systems biology. I always thought that my life would lead towards academia. That was not what I found to be interesting. At the end, I knew that research wasn't for me, and you might be wondering this as well. I thought of mm I as the next step of my life where I could balance the science and business on have them fused together as this notion off where science meets business. This was very interesting in the sense that way could actually per still pursue industry and have other roles that do not involve laboratory experience. I felt that laboratory experience was very limited in the sense that they are only focused on publications. I wanted to work for a company that directly is involved in helping people. As for the admissions, we have a B plus average that is required in their last two years, as well as a cover letter that is required on a short math has following the potential interview that you may have. You might be wondering what mm I is like life in mm I is actually really fun here. We develop a lot of business acumen from courses like, uh, economics way. Have big data analysis project management as an elective finance accounting. So it's a lot of mix of core business skills that you would need, and it's actually very helpful in implementing towards real life. Aside from the core courses, we also have a really cool internship during the summer, and this is a really valuable experience. Take it beyond the course to transition from the lens of a student to a participant in the actual processes that make industries process. This is the opportunity to have a fast paced masters while accumulating experience before you kickstart into real life on the faculty is always here to help you to find a job so you won't be left alone.
