Hi, my name is Janea. I'm a junior business management major and marketing minor here at Ramapo College of New Jersey. I heard about Ramapo from a friend and then as I began to learn more about it, I was really interested in the school and what it had to offer. From the second I stepped on campus, I knew that it was somewhere where I wanted to be. The campus is so beautiful and it's really close to New York City, which was something that I thought was super important to myself. Also the dorms are #1 in New Jersey and as somebody who lives three hours away from school, it was really important that I had a space that I felt comfortable and welcome and safe in as a resident on campus. Just the environment of Ramapo is one of the best things that I have to say about it. I think that the school just gives amazing amenities and they really take care of everybody who commutes or lives on campus. They have free laundry, you have amazing dorms, everything is super clean, you also have access to a gym and a pool in all of this stuff is free. The food there is also amazing. So I think that the school does a great job of making you feel welcome and homey, even if you're like me and you're not so close to home. They really make you feel like they care about your experience. And I think that's one of the best about Ramapo.
