Miranda - Living in Boston pt 1 (2020-2021)
The following is an computer-generated summary of the video transcript.
Today I'm going to talk about one of my favorite activities in Boston hanging out by the Charles River. Charles is the best place to have a picnic with friends. A lot has changed in our lives because of the Cove in 19 Pandemic. One of the things we're still allowed to do is sit outside safely, socially distanced by the river. Boston is a really active city, so it's common to see master runners enjoying golden hour. On this particular afternoon, Hannah and I spent a long time standing on this bridge watching the boats go by. We were by the river, celebrating an outdoor birthday for Lauren, one of our other Med Pete's co residents. Here she is, blowing out the candles on her birthday cake without even taking off her mask, the light starting to change. We're heading towards sunset, the end of one of those long summer days that seemed to go on forever. As residents, we work really hard, but my co residents air some of my best friends and inside and outside the hospital, we take time to support each other and just hang out. Isn't it absolutely stunning? Ignore that little green dot on the screen. I'm just in amateur Every time I sit by the Charles River. On nights like this, I feel like I am so lucky to live in Boston. Hopefully, you'll come join us at MGH..
