Is Jacqueline one of the junior medicine residents today? I'm at my outpatient clinic. My outpatient clinic is at the Internal Medicine Associates. Super convenient to be able to just sort of be in the hospital and outpatient all of the same time. Um, today I'm scheduled for three patients s. I have a mix of follow ups. Today mostly, uh, no urgency yet, but we don't always see. Uh, she's the one that's been in touch with this panel for a couple of years. For now, Um, now today is a Thursday, so I'll have a different precept, Er, but it'll be someone who is in my pod of at the M. A s. So it's someone I worked with before. If that needs to working with, um, I've been impatient for the past four weeks before this two week block. Eso It'll be nice to sort of catch up and see some of my outpatients on. See what they've been up to following up with them. E have a couple follow ups from my last patient block eso when we see what they're up to. Um uh, that was handed down to me from one of the seniors when they were graduating. Um, some patients that I've had on the Bigelow. I've picked up a couple of rheumatology patients because that's my specialty interest. Now, This is where our Emma's checked the vitals. The office is that we're in a pretty standard to her bunch of exam rooms. I, I love clinic MGH. I'm currently in the Internal Medicine Associates, which is the big pluses that is right on campus. I just get my lunch and I go to clinic in the afternoon. She has been my nurse for three years now, which makes me wanna cry, thinking about that, having her anymore. I love working in the I'm a because it's close. It's a really it's one of the bigger resident clinics. So you have a lot of resource is there's a lot of kinks that have already been worked out. You have amazing nurses like Holly who, like, just teach you so much. Like when I first came here, I didn't know anything, and she just helped me when every step along the way. I couldn't do it without people like Holly and we even hang out outside of the hospital. So what could be better? That's great, really nice things about outpatient eyes that you have had this panel that you have for the whole time that you're here during residencies. So it's really nice to make some long term relationships with your patients, particularly at the I. M. A. Is a lot of patients who have been on the Bigelow or at some point, or get frequently admitted to the Bigelow. So it's nice to sort of have that connection on. Do you really get to know your patients over the time that you're here? Uh, so yeah,.
