I am one of the court Educators Department of Medicine, and we're going to talk to you about Are engaged coaching programs thing. I'm only a what is the coaching program? So the coaching program is one of the pillars of the sort of mentorship that we have within the Department of Medicine Way have people who are assigned as your like clinical mentors, your research mentors. The coaching program I like to think of as a three year longitudinal relationship with someone who's intentionally paired outside of your area of interest, who is kind of like your cheerleader for the entirety Arrest, um, focuses a lot on bringing a lot of positive psychology training that were given as the coaches, um, to thinking about your training overall. What has been your favorite coaching moment so far? My favorite coaching moments. When I was a second year and for their one time where we decided to have a closing meeting way, ended up paying out a tattoo, having a nice long chat about everything, and I feel like it was really great because not only was it a kind of a nice experience for me to think about my goals way get that positive psychology trading that Emily was talking about, but also a nice experience to just hang out with someone cared, is a friend and as a mentor. Amelia, what's been your favorite coaching woman this year? I think my favorite coaching moments have been when you've been able to come over to my place. I just love that we have had the opportunity to get to know each other outside of the walls of our hospital, um, into, like, share a meal. Um, Thio laugh about all of the things we have in common, and all of the things that we don't have in common on E feel like it's a really great opportunity for me to have gotten to know who is the real change. Uh, so one of the best parts about coaching program is, as I mentioned, they tried toe really try toe pick coaches and coaches who have very different interests in kind of their professional career, Um, but I think the best part about it is that over time over these three years that your meeting with your coach, you also start to find a lot of similarities. So it's a really great exercise and mentoring across differences on finding similarities. So there's a lot of things that we have in common. We're both classical Indian dancers. Yes, Onda, we both love going to coffee shops, and we both love trash TV..
