The following is an computer-generated summary of the video transcript.
I feel like we really are a close knit family and I think a lot of that is part of the big alone, being able to work with so many different people on such a wonderful one scenario when I go to work, I feel totally supported by my peers and my faculty and that means the world, I feel like this environment is such a supportive environment and I know I can always reach out to either up here or a faculty member when I'm struggling and that they'd be able to help me with whatever I need. Mg a dozen institution as well is such a welcoming place, I love to tell the story of my very first day as an intern and walking into MGH not knowing where I was going and immediately I had about 23 people offered to help me find my way and these were patients, they were stuff they were appears um and everybody is just more than welcome to help you find your way around em th and I think that really just define the culture that exists at MGH I love the phrase that's never worry alone and we truly do live by that phrase. Um you're never alone here at MGH because there's always someone there to support you and the community that is, MGH loves their interns and residents and they're so happy to have us all here, so I always feel appreciated when I go to work as well.
