Where you wanna be, Where do you want to go and how What kind of growth do you want to unlock for yourself for the next phase? Mhm. Hi. I'm number to John Wani. Right? So I work in healthcare, and I've been in medical devices for the past 10 years. Uh, I walked across Southeast Asia extensively, and my priorities was India. Um, 10 years in and one MB later, which was like the last time I went back to classroom was actually 10 years ago. Uh, I thought that there was a need for me to go back. Refresh some concepts also, um, really take my performance as well as my thought process to the next level. I think executives like us end up at this point where, uh, you really want to take your performance to the next level, but you don't know how exactly. That's when going back to the classroom always helps you bring perspective. You meet people from different geography is different sectors, and, uh, that really helps you think deeper about where you wanna be, Where do you want to go and how What kind of growth do you want to unlock for yourself for the next phase? Yeah, it's a very vibrant covert, obviously, with the diversity that NCL provides. Represented people from different sectors, different industries. I think what's really exciting about it it was that our batch was the first one to come out of the covid crisis and be back on campus. We really enjoyed reconnecting, collaborating, exchanging ideas in person, something that we missed over the past 10 to 11 months. The one thing is for given that you will interact with the world's best, uh, faculty what I really enjoyed is that how real is the content, how applicable that is, too real business situations as well as how practical is the approach with which we, um, take on each concept. So it is not all theory, and it's not all K space, but it's a nice hybrid in the middle, which helps you really apply what you're thinking and what you're learning in class. I personally think that Gamba is a journey with them and any executive who plans to really think through. What are the next 10 years gonna look like? What in my career is going to really unlock that 10 year growth for me? And what am I gonna do next? I think other professions we should consider Gamba. Because you will see that there there are so many people like you out there trying to figure out, um, what's latest? How best can we adapt ourselves for it? How best we can brace ourselves for the next, uh, decade or so. That's when I think Gambar and the cohort really, really comes together and adds value to you.
