I'm able to take a few things back to work, and that is very exciting. Yeah, Mhm. Oh, I was at that point in my career where I had come this far with my abilities and everything that I learned and I knew, and it became very apparent and pure that for me to get to the next level, I have to throw my leadership. That was one of the main reasons to think of an exact NBA. Um after switching, uh, countries for my work and knowing and being aware that I was going to have a career where I would be in future going to different countries, it became very apparent that it was important to build that global network. When I started looking for schools, um, in CIA seemed like that great option that offered a global network as, uh as well as very core focus on leadership development. Mm. I think it's a very impressive and a very diverse bunch of folks. Um, I mean, if you really look at my class, the cover experience from people coming from consulting to tech, to healthcare to pharma, um, to finance, to retail. There's a very good mix of cultural backgrounds. Um, I'm very impressed and surprised at the same time with the kind of cultural diversity that is in my class given a lot of us are not able to travel. So I think that goes, goes back to, uh, you know, my my previous goal of the fact that being aware that my career was going to grow in a global, um, in a global scenario so this to get used to and get really comfortable with interacting with diverse cultures and working with them. Um, so I think the school gives that opportunity and and it really begins from my class. It's very exciting, and it's very stretchy and challenging at the same time. I mean that in an executive MBA, you're working as well as you are coming to class as well as you are trying to quickly absorb what you've learned about the class by doing cases and group activities. So it's very satisfying, but it's also challenging in that sense. Um, but what I'm seeing is the fact that a lot of things that we're learning in the class and applying learning application and implementation to the cases is I'm already seeing that I'm able to take a few things back to work, and that is very exciting. That makes all of it very, very well, while I can speak to my experience that when I started when I made the decision, uh, and applied for Gamba, that was pretty much, you know, the start of covid. We didn't know, like, I didn't know, uh doesn't make sense, um, to do it now Or should I wait? What should I do? And after talking to a few people I spoke to, I spoke to a few folks in NC Odd who had some experience of still learning during covid because they joined before covid. Then now they were learning in a hybrid or remote environment. Um, in the in the other parts of the world, it was it was really satisfying to learn that this could also be a new or a different opportunity to continue your learning. So I took the plunge and, um, it's been about five months, but when I look back, I I feel very good that this was worth it. Because with all the travel that I had in my life, I probably wouldn't be able to stretch myself so much that I'm able to know and also the fact that this is such a unique experience that I probably will have for the rest of my life, you know, to be learning and growing while you know everything. At the same time, the entire human race is trying to figure out new ways of doing business, living, interacting, etcetera. Um, actually took the took a perspective that this could be a very unique time of doing it, and that would add to the learning and experience, and I'm seeing it come alive.
