So I've always been studying um and then like during Covid times I outside of work, I am kind of like having, looking for things to learn. So I started like baking, cooking um tomorrow arrangement, all sorts of things. So I think during this period you actually have more time to do some thinking and think about what you want. So I took some time to actually think seriously about my career. I'm looking to um study and hopefully this program will help me in terms of progression. Maybe not just within my company, there's any opportunities that can help in terms of opening up more opportunities. So I think um personally for me, I don't think Covid is um downside in terms of studying your study, Covid was actually a push factor with the moment you enter into a pandemic. Uh work is actually very low and at that point you could almost say that there's very little downside to actually studying at that point in time. Uh Well, because of the pandemic, we were not going to have um there was some expectation that there was going to be a hybrid system. We were not necessarily going to be able to go to campus, but then given that we had also had almost a year and a half of working from home. Um there was some experience in uh say attending lectures online. It was similar to how we are now working, attending meetings, conferences online. So we find ourselves in a difficult situation, but similar to Stephanie, I try to flip it and say, look if there was a time with where with Covid, it could push you because you've got more time for it. So that makes a real effort for the to make the online experience worthwhile. Obviously is not the same as being in person, but it's definitely um better exceeds expectations based on what I was expecting when I came in. I guess that's what pushed me towards and I think the time was there. Um I couldn't think of next year being a better opportunity. You never know what's gonna happen in the future. I fly a lot of doing my day to day job, Covid, kind of, you know, stop all that. I think, you know, right now, I mean, I look at my own career right now kind of in a spot where I can still afford to take a couple of days off and doesn't doesn't affect things, but who knows right, You know, down the road, maybe I have more at the responsibility, it's much harder to uh to, to, to, to go go back to school.
