Really, Um we put into a psychologically safe environment, um, in a group that you can trust, um, and build upon it. I'm Singaporean, and I'm currently a candidate in the 2022 program. So the main reason why I chose the timber program was mainly because it allows the blend of the east and west from the two top notch university right of Tinga as well as in Seattle. Um, we all know that they have top notch think tank sites from the faculty. What I really enjoy is having to actually go through the learning methodology of the two schools. So a lot of intensive work, um, coming with it also right with the interaction with the team of very passionate classmates, Um, from a wide variety of backgrounds. China, obviously, um, the US all the way, even from Brazil. I would say, Um and what I really like about the program is, um, a Model three. There is actually a LDP program where we're being grouped into a smaller group of four. Within the group itself, we get to reflect on ourselves, uh, coach each other through peer coaching. That's something that I think will be very valuable. Mm. So I see the LDP s a mirror, right? Um, within within the group itself, whereby I think a lot of times when you are at a southern senior level, you probably lose a certain sense of self awareness, right? And within the smaller group environment, it allows me to really, um, be put into a psychologically safe environment, Um, in a group that you can trust, um, and build upon it right. It's a lot of self discovery, and I find that the more you can actually open up to your LDP teammates that you will actually get to to get more out of it. Right? So that's where I really enjoy to reflect on myself, but at the same time to also do peer coaching from my own experiences to be able to help my teammates. Um, the cost itself is quite time consuming the sense that's very rigorous. So I think for me, the important thing is to make sure that while you are on the program, um, make sure that your mind mentally prepared and I had been mentally prepared since I decided to actually enroll in the program itself. Um, and on the family's side, it's really important to make sure that you have a good support system. For myself, I have a good support system, especially during the week. That really helps to come into play, uh, support for my husband support for my mother as well. I guess I'm on the on your work side of things. It's important to make sure that you align with the company, um, in advance, um, to be able to take time off because you probably don't want to have distractions during the cost itself right. You will probably will be 100% invested into the into the program itself to be learning as much as you can during the during the model itself. Yeah, I think the value of the temple program is really in its joint, um, degree itself. Essentially, when you graduate, you have two degrees, one from India and one from timber. Um, I guess what I will also advises that if if you have decided that you're going to and back on the timber program itself is to get in touch with the emissions, that emissions office early enough, that's what I did. Um, I had a very good conversation with the admissions director, um, to understand what it entails, right? What kind of people that are actually recruiting, Um, and that actually enforces my my desire to actually join the program. Um, number two will be mainly on the pre assessment itself. Right? So there are two ways that you can actually go through pre assessment. I actually went through the executive assessment route because I had a very hectic travel schedule. Um, and that it didn't allow me to basically go to the assessment days that's been run by inside. Instead that does have an assessment day and which is? I think it's just a one day program. Um, so plan ahead. I would say right to make sure that you fulfill that the pre assessment and then the commission will just take care of itself to write into essays.
