I'm a third year radio production major here at Hofstra University. I'm currently in our editing room for radio majors, but that's besides the point. I'm a radio production major with the concentration audio engineering, and I'm a music minor with the concentration in music, business and world music. Yeah, it's a mouthful a little bit about, like some idea on campus. I work on campus a cz an A V technician, which is an audio visual technician through event management through federal work study. Our school's really great about federal work study jobs, just saying, um and I also in the production manager for Hoster concerts, which we put on shows on campus. Big spring event colds, music fest in spring, Obviously. I'm just going to give you guys a day in the life kind of thing. Uh, this school is a very big commuter school, but we still have, like, really cool dorms on campus. So I'll be able to show you guys that too actually dorm on campus. For a three semesters, so I did have that whole experience. Um you know, being in New York, I just wanted to cool transition. So storming on campus was easy for me to make that transition. Now I live in Queens and, yeah, spoon pretty fun, to say the least. Um, I volunteered with admissions, so I helped, like, give tours and stuff like that here in there. I'm a producer for Wushu for the PM show on campus, which is called Electro Beat. You could tune in every Saturday night and yet don't greet you. Eighty eight point seven of them is actually the number one college radio station in the country. So when you get here, you can get involved as a matter what major you are. Oh, it I'm also the president of required radio, which is our school's Internet station, which is mostly catered to podcasting. Uh, any think I'm pretty sure I'm forgetting something else. Enough about me and let's just check out the campus and yeah.
