Hi everyone, my name is Tanya and I am a second year at HBs. I come from Canada and right now I'm recording this in my dorm room at HBs on campus. Um so I want to talk a little bit about what motivated me to apply at HBs and what I gained from the whole experience. So when I was doing my grad school search, this happened in my senior year of college. A lot of things that I was thinking about was where would I get the opportunity to really beef up my business skills, but at the same time get a huge diversity of opinions and perspectives that will really challenge and push me forward in my business and professional journey. I had looked at several business schools of course. Um and ultimately, when I got my application results back in HBs stood out far and above all the others because of the level of diversity, because of the incredible backgrounds and experiences that people do bring to the table when they are here in the classroom in casual coffee chats in just late night conversations that I have with them. I think my expectations and the things that I hope to gain out of HBs absolutely were met um based on what I've described so far in my expectations for my job search. I feel very blessed and I feel very grateful for the experience that I've had here, and hopefully you will feel the same as well.
