Here I have my friend Emma, who's going to introduce herself, what her major is and why she chose Boise State. Um, I'm a bio major with an ecology evolutionary emphasis. I decided to come to Boise State because after my year abroad, I really wanted to stay closer to home. Where'd you study? Run? I was in Belgium for a year with the rotary. What made you decide to study abroad? Oh, I really wanted to be bilingual, and I also really wanted to leave. What do you think the academic climates like? Like with your major being a bio major. Um, I haven't really gotten a super hard grasp yet, mostly just because I'm still a sophomore. As I move into my upper division classes, I'm developing the sense. The everyone is very, very like, research minded, which I'm enjoying because I'd brush my I'd much rather do hands on work that, from what I learned from a textbook, that's not how I learned. What's your favorite part about Boise State? I like the town, uh, like how bike accessible it is and definitely being close to the greenway. The green belts are really nice hiking path that we have right outside Boise State right out back. What's your least favorite part of Boise State? Oh, on occasion, it has lived up to its AH party standards. You know, mostly around football season and last question. How would you describe the student body here in Boise State? Blue and orange.
