Howdy, I'm Sheila! Welcome to Texas A&M!
Howdy is the official greeting of Texas A&M University! I'm Sheila and I'll be your tour guide. At first, the list of traditions we have here at Texas A&M can sound a little outrageous, but you'll learn to love as time passes. We aren't allowed to "boo" or use profantiy at Aggie sports events; hissing is classier. We show off our wildcat calls whenever we can. Our school also gets together at midnight before football games to practice our "yells" - because we don't just cheer. I can't wait to share our beautiful campus and our unique cult(ure) with you!
